• Las tarifas son diferentes para cada tipo de usuarios. Se han considerado las siguientes denominaciones:
  • Tarifa Externa: tarifa aplicable a empresas privadas y particulares.
  • Tarifa OPI: tarifa subvencionada aplicable a organismos públicos de investigación (OPI) reconocidos legalmente y a las universidades públicas españolas, salvo que haya acuerdos específicos para la aplicación de tarifas internas.
  • Tarifa Interna: tarifa subvencionada aplicable a proyectos de investigación gestionados por la Universidad de Zaragoza, a UP de la misma y a proyectos gestionados por otras entidades con las que se hayan firmado los correspondientes convenios.
• En los importes indicados a continuación, no está incluido el IVA.
• Por regla general, a los proyectos de investigación de otras instituciones nacionales (no contempladas en los acuerdos de creación de Centros Mixtos) en los que participen investigadores de la Universidad de Zaragoza o de dichos Centros Mixtos se les aplicará la tarifa OPI. Solamente se autorizará la aplicación de la tarifa Interna en aquellos casos que, tras la solicitud del interesado, se pueda comprobar que dada la naturaleza de la convocatoria dicho proyecto no podía generar costes indirectos o impedía que la colaboración se hubiera realizado a través de la opción de proyectos coordinados. De forma similar, cuando se trate de una Universidad o Centro de Investigación Públicos de la Unión Europea se aplicará la tarifa OPI, y en el resto de casos la tarifa Externa.
• La tarifa Interna se considera plenamente subvencionada, por lo que su aplicación conlleva el compromiso de los investigadores de incluir en los agradecimientos de sus publicaciones el uso del SAI.
  El texto íntegro que se ha de incluir es el siguiente:
  
  "Authors would like to acknowledge the use of Servicio General de Apoyo a la Investigación-SAI, Universidad de Zaragoza."
  
  "Los autores desean agradecer la colaboración del Servicio General de Apoyo a la Investigación-SAI, Universidad de Zaragoza."
  
  Usted puede utilizar la fórmula que considere más adecuada, pero por favor, mantenga la integridad del texto en negrita (en español) para facilitar búsquedas automatizadas.
• Excepto en los servicios gestionados conjuntamente con el IACS, se aplicará un descuento del 10% sobre la tarifa OPI a los investigadores de las universidades que forman parte del grupo G9 de Universidades.
• En todas las solicitudes que provengan de OPI y de empresas privadas y particulares, será necesaria la elaboración de un presupuesto previo, salvo en aquellas que se facturen a Organismos con convenios de colaboración en vigor.
• En los casos en que, tras analizar la solicitud de un usuario a quien se le aplique la tarifa Interna, se prevea que la facturación de los trabajos va a ser superior a 1500€, se deberá realizar obligatoriamente un presupuesto previo.

ASISTENCIA TÉCNICA
Se aplicará a todos los servicios salvo en los Servicios Científico Técnicos de gestión conjunta ubicados en el CIBA (Universidad de Zaragoza - IACS)

TRANSPORTE
IMPORTANTE: Consultar las Normas de uso y descripción de servicio ofrecido
SP*: Según presupuesto. El transporte deberá ir siempre vinculado a una solicitud de prestación a un Servicio del SAI.
⁽¹⁾ En los viajes compartidos que impliquen km fuera de la ruta ordinaria se facturará la tarifa de viaje compartido más los km que se salen de la ruta ordinaria (4€ + 0,65€/km fuera de ruta).
La ruta ordinaria incluye paradas en los Campus de San Francisco, Veterinaria y Río Ebro.

SOLICITUDES URGENTES
Solamente podrán solicitarse como máximo dos solicitudes urgentes al año en un mismo Servicio.

• Fees are different for each type of user. The following denominations have been considered:
  • External Tariff: tariff applicable to private companies and individuals.
  • PRO Tariff: subsidised tariff applicable to legally recognised public research organisations (PROs) and Spanish public universities, unless there are specific agreements for the application of internal fees.
  • Internal rate: subsidised rate applicable to research projects managed by the University of Zaragoza, to UP of the same and to projects managed by other entities with which the corresponding agreements have been signed.
• The amounts indicated below do not include VAT.
• As a general rule, research projects from other national institutions (not included in the agreements for the creation of Joint Centres) in which researchers from the University of Zaragoza or from these Joint Centres participate will be subject to the OPI rate. The application of the Internal rate will only be authorised in those cases in which, following the request of the interested party, it can be verified that, given the nature of the call, the project could not generate indirect costs or that the collaboration could not have been carried out through the option of coordinated projects. Similarly, in the case of a Public University or Public Research Centre of the European Union, the OPI rate will be applied, and in all other cases the External rate will be applied.
• The Internal rate is considered fully subsidised, so its application entails the commitment of researchers to include in the acknowledgements of their publications the use of the IAS.
